- Shared Trip/ Open Trip Information
Open Trip or Shared Trip Sailing Komodo departures require a minimum quota, if the minimum quota is not reached then there are several options that you can choose from:
– Price adjustment with the minimum total quota of participant
– Reschedule trip.
– Transfer to another vessel with price adjustments with the boat chosen. (for Shared Trip Sailing Komodo)
– Refund.
- Price / Rate
The price/ rate applied according to the date/year issued can change without prior notice. The price changes will be adjusted for fuel costs, exchange rates, taxes, government regulations, and other costs beyond PT Takjub Destinasi Indonesia’ control :
– Children under 2 years old are free of charge
– Children above 2 years old are occur to pay full price.
- Booking Process and Payment
– Hold cabin max 2 x 24 hours
– Down Payment 50% to confirm your booking
– If reservation is made within 14 days prior to trip departure, full payment is required.
– Full payment should be done 14 days before the date trip
- Reschedule Policy
– Maximum reschedule notification 30 days before departure date.
– Trip rescheduling is adjusted to the availability of cabins/vessel booked in the same year.
– Additional fees may apply if there is a fare difference between the original booking rate and the rescheduled rate.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by participants :
– Cancellation with no refund.
– Cancellation 60 days before departure day : 50 % refund of the rate.
– Cancellation 30 days before departure day : 25 % refund of the rate.
– Cancellation from 29 days before departure day : No Refund
In the event of a cancellation by vessel operator for any reason other than Force Majeure :
– Reschedule the trip
– Transfer to another vessel.
– If the two options above cannot be fulfilled, then vessel operator will make a full refund.
Cancellations due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, coercive conditions, etc.)
– Reschedule the trip
– Non Refund.
- Force Majeure
Guidekomodo.com cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation for a loss/loss/cancellation affected by circumstances that constitute a “Force Majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “Force Majeure” include any event that we could not avoid, even by prudence, and not foresee. Such circumstances include docking by Harbormaster, fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, criminal damage, riot or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire in bad weather conditions, war, or threat of war. , actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemics, pandemics, and all other situations beyond our control.
- Damages & Troubles Caused
Participants will be fully responsible for any damage caused on the boat and agree to take the penalty when the incident occurs.
– Light Damages : Breaking glasses, cups, plates, bottles, or others ; loosing or breaking snorkels gears,etc
Penalty : Paying back the full value of the damaged item.
– Medium Damages : Breaking electronic equipment, bathroom equipment, bedroom equipment, window blinders, etc
Penalty : Paying back the full value of the damaged item.
– Heavy Damages : Breaking electronic equipment, bathroom equipment, bedroom equipment, window blinders, etc
Penalty :Pay the entire cost of repairs until it is repaired.
– Causing intentional injury or recklessness to crew members.
Penalty : Paying Compensation for all medical expenses and any necessary fees.
– Carrying prohibited objects on board.
Penalty : The Captain or Cruise Director has the right to stop the trip if this event occurs and report it to the authorities
- Privacy Policy
Personal data and documents collected are only required specifically to fulfill travel, accommodation, or other travel-related requirements. Will not be used for any monitoring or profiling activities or processes. Will not adopt an automated decision-making process. Personal data will only be transferred to, or processed by, third-party companies where such companies are necessary for the fulfillment of travel arrangements.
